Getting started
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required to start your trial.
How long does setup take?
Most companies are up and running in minutes. Create your company, invite your team and start managing HR the same day.
Do I need to install anything?
No. humonApp is fully cloud-based and works in any modern browser, on desktop and mobile.
Plans & billing
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed the employee limit?
We'll notify you when you're close to your limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time, or add extra seats at $3/employee/month.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing is paid upfront as a single payment and saves you approximately 17% — the equivalent of 2 months free.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a full refund within 72 hours of your initial payment. See our Refund Policy for details.

What is SSO / SAML?
Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML lets your employees log in using your company's existing identity provider (Google Workspace, Okta, Azure AD, etc.) instead of a separate password. Available on Business plans and above.
Do you have an API?
Yes. API access is available from the Growth plan onwards, so you can integrate humonApp with your existing tools and workflows.
What is your uptime SLA?
Scale and Enterprise plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA. All plans are hosted on redundant infrastructure.
What kind of support do you offer?
Every paid plan includes access to our support team. Business and above get specialized, dedicated assistance, and Enterprise includes 24/7 support.
Security & data
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices, secure authentication and regular audits.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored on secure, redundant cloud infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling and retention.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your data at any time. After account termination, we retain your data for 30 days to allow export.
