Summary: We offer a full refund within 72 hours of your initial payment. After that period, payments are non-refundable.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy is issued by Sprint Tech LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, and applies to all purchases made for the humonApp service ("Service").

We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at hello@humonapp.com within the refund window described below.

2. Refund Window

We offer a full refund within 72 hours of your initial subscription payment, provided that:

  • The refund request is submitted within 72 hours of the original payment timestamp.
  • The request is made by the account holder via email to hello@humonapp.com.
  • The subscription has not been used to export, bulk-download, or extract significant amounts of data.

The 72-hour window applies to the first payment of a new subscription. It does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or additional purchases.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Refund requests submitted more than 72 hours after the original payment.
  • Renewal charges for monthly or annual subscriptions.
  • Partial-period refunds (e.g., canceling mid-month or mid-year).
  • Add-on purchases or plan upgrades.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Cases where significant platform usage or data export has occurred within the refund period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@humonapp.com within 72 hours of your payment with the following information:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request – [your account email]"
  • Your account email address.
  • Date and amount of the payment.
  • Reason for the refund request (optional, but appreciated).

We will confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5–10 business days.
  • Other payment methods: up to 10 business days.

Sprint Tech LLC is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, unless you are within the 72-hour refund window for a new subscription.

After cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid period.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations arise. If you believe your case warrants consideration outside of this policy (e.g., technical failure that prevented you from using the Service), please contact us at hello@humonapp.com and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the Service and will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the updated policy.
