These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Sprint Tech LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, governing your access to and use of humonApp (the "Service"), accessible at humonapp.com.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

humonApp is a cloud-based Human Resources management platform that provides tools for employee management, leave and absence tracking, internal communications, and related HR operations.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Features available to you depend on the subscription plan selected.

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@humonapp.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use another person's account without permission, or register for more than one account without our written consent.

The Service is billed on a subscription basis — either monthly or annually. You will be charged in advance on a recurring basis at the start of each billing period.

Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment and provide approximately 17% savings compared to monthly billing.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use the Service to store or process sensitive personal data beyond the scope permitted by applicable law.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect Your Data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sprint Tech LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for eligible subscription plans. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any interruption or failure of the Service beyond our reasonable control.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@humonapp.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless you qualify under our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain Your Data for a period of 30 days after termination to allow export, after which it may be permanently deleted.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sprint Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
